The Swiss Sporthilfe Foundation has been providing financial support to many promising Swiss athletes since 1970. It is particularly at the emerging age and in marginal sports specialties that do not benefit from media attention and do not have major sponsors or significant prize money that the Swiss Sporthilfe helps performance-oriented sports talents and their families overcome financial challenges.
